After a decade of designing products to improve spine surgery, I decided to shift my to helping patients avoid spine surgery. I founded Chord Health in 2014 based on the belief that web and mobile apps had the potential to make high quality conversative care accessible to all patients. In the most recent iteration, Chord Health’s ecosystem included provider and patient-facing web apps (laravel), patient facing iOS and Android apps (flutter), and integrated with several APIs. All of this harmonized to create a great patient experience, clinical insights, and opportunities for providers to capture new reimbursement opportunities from Medicare.
